The Growing Garden · No. 057

A tree that remembers how it grew.

From a single seed, a recursive tree reaches upward — each limb birthing two smaller limbs, and each of those two more, until the branches thin into the delicate lace of spring. Drawn on the canvas in warm bark that fades to fresh blossom pink at the tips, it grows in real time, sways in a wind you cannot see, and lets go of petals that drift across the frame.
