The house

A hotel that behaves like a private residence.

Solenne began as a fisherman's lodge with eleven rooms and a kitchen that never closed. It still works that way: there is one chef, one long table, and a housekeeper who has been here for thirty years.

We take forty guests at a time, never more. Breakfast is at half past eight, dinner at eight, and after that the shutters close over the terrace and the sea does the rest.
