decoding…k.oshiro is a fictional glitch artist, born in 1993, who makes images by breaking them. Working between a rented room in Osaka and a borrowed studio in Rotterdam, they feed photographs, radio captures and old camcorder tapes through broken codecs, hex editors and a modified VCR, then keep whatever survives. The work treats corruption as a second author: every artefact is the record of a transmission that almost failed. This page is part of the practice. It glitches on purpose, and it stays legible on purpose.
